Behind the curtain.

The heart of civilbrights.net is a Common Lisp application written by David Mullen. The CL implementation used is GNU Common Lisp; the data storage is implemented on top of Berkeley DB. All Web design for civilbrights.net, unless otherwise noted, is copyright 2008 by David Mullen. The source code of the software running civilbrights.net—called Kira—is available under the GNU General Public License and is © 2006, 2007, 2008 by David Mullen.
